Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Liaison to join our team at HealthSouth. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, identifying new business opportunities, and driving census growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase referrals and admissions from assigned geographic territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, case managers, and social workers
  • Provide education and training to referral sources on our services and programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless referral-to-admission process
  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Two or more years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in a sales or business development role
  • Current state professional licensure and CPR certification
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, legal guidelines, and competitive analysis
