Healthcare Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Liaison to join our team at HealthSouth. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, identifying new business opportunities, and driving census growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase referrals and admissions from assigned geographic territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, case managers, and social workers
- Provide education and training to referral sources on our services and programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless referral-to-admission process
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Two or more years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in a sales or business development role
- Current state professional licensure and CPR certification
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, legal guidelines, and competitive analysis
