Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Frontier Door and Cabinet. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our manufacturing operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our manufacturing operations. Conduct new hire orientations, file setup, and auditing to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees on employee matters, including attendance monitoring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer our benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Safety and Security: Collaborate with our safety manager to ensure a safe and secure work environment, including implementing safety protocols and procedures.
  • HRIS and Payroll: Manage our HRIS and payroll systems, including ADP, to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, including ADP, is a plus.
  • Language: Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
