Job Overview
TOTE Resources LLC is on the lookout for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to enhance our team in the Downtown Tacoma office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive salary surveys to assess and benchmark compensation packages.
- Evaluate and analyze salary data to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Facilitate the merit and bonus review processes.
- Work closely with management to develop salary frameworks.
- Implement modifications to compensation policies as needed.
- Review and assess job descriptions for precision and clarity.
- Assist in the formulation of new job descriptions.
- Oversee the leave of absence procedures.
- Coordinate employee benefits and wellness initiatives.
- Verify benefits invoicing and enrollment selections.
- Guide employees in understanding their benefit options.
- Remain informed about laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits.
- Develop communication strategies to educate staff about benefits.
- Generate and analyze reports pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Present analytical findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
- Certification such as PHR is advantageous.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Familiarity with compensation practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and analytical capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
