Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of medical sales experience, preferably in the post-acute market space
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of customer buy processes and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work remotely without daily supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
What We Offer

At Joerns Healthcare, we offer a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $61,000, plus a variable target incentive of $74,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability. In addition, we offer a 401(k) program with a company match, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation, and holidays.
