Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at CCS Construction Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a construction or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions
- Competitive and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role
