Job Title: Manufacturing Plant Asset Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Plant Asset Specialist to join our team. This role involves working in a manufacturing plant environment, where you will be responsible for tracking and managing assets, including correcting and updating missing BT# and drawing information, inputting missing assets into OneSpot, and verifying data accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Correcting and updating missing BT# and drawing information
  • Inputting missing assets into OneSpot
  • Correcting and/or updating assets in OneSpot, as needed
  • Touchup / Verify (includes drawings, OneSpot, CHAMP, etc)
  • Assisting with getting drawings in /updated in Vault
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with a manufacturing plant environment
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Comfortable navigating a computer
  • Proficiency and experience entering data in Excel or other software
  • Travel to plants is required, will be 1 week or travel per plant
