Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Worcester, Auburn, and surrounding towns.

Responsibilities
  • Make visits to clients in their homes to provide physical therapy services.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' physical abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Continually assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
Qualifications
  • A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
