DSJ Global is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing manufacturing methods across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Process Improvements: Design, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing methods to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Workforce Planning and Optimization: Analyze and plan workforce utilization, equipment layout, and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical engineers, production engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production machinery issues, and provide recommendations to align with cost and efficiency goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: 2+ years of manufacturing experience, with a focus on sheet metal fabrication, machining, and/or welding.
  • Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
