Overview

Audacy is in search of enthusiastic individuals to assist our Promotions + Experiences team in managing events, promotions, and integrated marketing for our radio stations in Milwaukee. The events encompass entertainment, music, sports, and lifestyle activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee on-site experiences for various events
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and dismantling of events
  • Support the Marketing team with promotions, contests, and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners for event execution as necessary
  • Prepare recap materials for on-site events
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and disclosures for on-site contests and promotions

Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in Event Management within sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or news sectors
  • Essential organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Team-oriented with a professional appearance and punctuality
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • Experience in executing marketing/promotions campaigns and events is advantageous
  • Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 35 pounds
