Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of two properties, Corners at 1700 and Lakeside Retreat. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient operations, team collaboration, and a high level of resident satisfaction across both properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Lease Management:

  • Assist in countersigning leases and verifying the accuracy of lease documentation.
  • Support the General Manager in ensuring that all leases are processed in a timely manner.

Make Ready & Maintenance:

  • Oversee daily updates of make-ready dates and ensure coordination between the maintenance and leasing teams to expedite unit turns.
  • Track and monitor work orders, ensuring timely completion and resident satisfaction.

Resident Relations:

  • Respond to resident inquiries and complaints, escalating critical issues to the General Manager as necessary.
  • Assist in managing resident events, communications, and service satisfaction surveys.

Team Coordination:

  • Assist in supervising both property teams (APMs, leasing, maintenance, etc.) to ensure staff is meeting performance goals.
  • Coordinate with the Assistant Property Managers (APMs) at each site to facilitate smooth operations.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, rental regulations, and resident agreements.

Administrative Duties:

  • Help organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and manage staff schedules.
  • Serve as a liaison between both properties, ensuring consistent communication and procedures.

Property Inspections:

  • Conduct regular property walks and inspections to identify maintenance needs, ensuring the properties meet company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships quickly
  • Leasing, sales, and closing skills
  • Competence in the use of standard office equipment, including telephones, Internet, fax machines, and photocopiers
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Demonstrate strong work ethics with the ability to adapt to change
  • Understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Knowing, understanding, and ensuring the pool rules are being followed by all residents and their guests.
  • Ensuring that all members are checking in as it is required for entry into the pool area.
  • Understanding and ensuring that all pool levels stay in compliance with regulations.
  • In the event of pool contamination, contact the Community Manager immediately, and the pool must be evacuated and tagged with a sign that reads Pool Closed until further notice.
  • Spray down the bathrooms and pool deck.
  • Arrange tables and chairs.
  • Inspect sports equipment to identify repair or replacement needs.
  • Assist with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
  • Make hourly checks of bathrooms for soap, paper supplies, and miscellaneous items. Replenish and clean as necessary.
  • Properly straighten patio furniture, place any left items in lost and found.
  • Pick up unused toys, trash, and debris and empty trash containers throughout and at the end of your shift.
  • Complete the closing checklist and ensure the pool gate and bathroom doors are locked and securely closed after each shift.
  • If any pool equipment has been damaged or property damage of any kind has occurred, inform the Community Manager immediately.

Qualifications:

  • May be required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in various forms. In an emergency, may lift more than 100 pounds.
  • Required to stand and/or be in continuous motion for extended periods of time while performing job functions with physical endurance.
  • Must be capable of working under pressure as well as organizing and planning efficiently.
  • Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time.
  • Must be capable of working in extreme hot temperatures.
  • Must display effective communication, exceptional customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Must display accountability and reliability regarding attendance as it is essential for the position.
  • Must be able to receive and follow detailed instructions, as well as give them, and ensure detailed instructions are followed.
  • Must be able to always swim and maintain alertness.
  • Certified proof of 18+ years of age required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Weekends may be required.
