  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals, including studio tours and introductory workouts.
  • Maintain the front desk, including answering inquiries, addressing member concerns, and performing various tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the coaching team to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Sell memberships to support studio growth and achieve personal sales goals.
  • Follow up with prospects and conduct outreach calls to support studio expansion.
  • Participate in studio marketing and outreach events.
  • Ensure the studio remains clean and organized.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or fitness environments is preferred.
  • Customer-facing experience is also preferred.
