About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, ages 18 months to 10 years.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
