About the Role:A Sales Director is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth by maintaining and exceeding budgeted occupancy, average daily census, and rate per unit revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in terms of occupancy and business development, with at least 3 years of experience in Senior Living sales or a related field.
Key responsibilities include direct selling, business development, achieving quotas/ratios, maintaining an accurate YARDI database, and assisting in developing annual marketing plans and department budgets.
