About the Role

iParametrics LLC is seeking a skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and excellent project management skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager who can oversee the entire project lifecycle, from site preparation to final inspections and certifications of occupancy.

  • C Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other specialists on project plans and specifications.
  • S Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with applicable construction codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the project manager to develop and manage the project schedule and budget.
  2. Ensure proper allocation of labor, materials, and equipment.
  3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other specialists on project plans and specifications.
  4. Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers.
  5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality; render advice and assistance on problems arising during construction.
  6. Ensure applicable construction codes and regulations are followed.
  7. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management from an accredited school; or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in construction management, construction supervisor, or construction project management positions for residential construction projects.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish objectives under a tight deadline.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $40-$60 per hour, based on experience, background, and skills, with overtime compensation. Additionally, benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a company matching 401K plan.
