Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our team on commercial construction projects in the Asheville, NC area.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installers during day-to-day field operations.
  • Manage a crew, assign tasks, communicate safety issues, and provide proper protective equipment (PPE).
  • Select sheet metal gauge and type based on fabricated or installed products.
  • Coordinate employee activities.
  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
  • Act as the point of contact between construction workers and supervisors.

Requirements:

We require at least 8 years of lead commercial experience as a sheet metal foreman. You must be proficient with schematics, blueprints, and manuals, and have experience with equipment and hand tools. Additionally, you should be able to handle a physical workload, have your own tools, and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

Salary is based on experience. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $80,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
