Key Responsibilities- Review, verify, and process loan documentation to assist Capital One customers and provide a seamless funding experience for our dealer customers.
- Work closely with customers and business partners to gather and verify loan information, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan funding, payments, underwriting, and change of ownership.
- Act as a liaison between Capital One and our dealership customers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Identify, document, and correct errors in loan documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Educate dealer customers on Capital One's policies and procedures, promoting a deep understanding of our auto finance offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Associate's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $71,400 - $81,500 for the Assistant Relationship Manager role in New York City (Hybrid On-Site).
