Business Banking Relationship Manager

Citizens Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring new ones. Your primary focus will be on clients with annual revenues ranging from five million to fifty million.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of commercial customer relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Collaborate with peers across banking, lending, and investing to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of commercial credit, including risk assessment and mitigation.
- Operate in a fast-paced sales culture, with a focus on new loan and deposit generation, cross-sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external networks.
- 4+ years of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Manager role or related business lending experience.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Completion of Commercial Credit Training.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with portfolio management and technologies.
- Strong sense of customer service, satisfaction, and retention.
- Adept at needs identification, problem-solving, and consultative sales approach.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections and adversity.
Citizens Financial Group, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $165,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings.
