Fountain House's housing program provides a safe and stable environment for individuals living with mental illness. As a Residential Aide, you will provide exemplary care and support to our member residents. Your role will involve engaging and supporting members in daily tasks, working with the integrated care team to provide feedback and advocacy, and establishing and updating goals for members. You will also be responsible for maintaining daily log entries, responding to emergencies, and conducting rounds to ensure member safety. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals experiencing mental health issues, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and multitask. A high school degree or GED is required, and 1-2+ years of work experience in a residential or similar setting is preferred. The salary for this position is $22.36 per hour.
