Job Title: Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic outreach team at The Mental Health Center. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals in applying skills learned in therapy in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clinicians on a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients with primary diagnoses of Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, and other mood disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with community resources to provide clients with access to necessary services and support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and attend treatment team meetings and supervisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling education/counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy.
  • Fundamental computer experience to process email and client access is required.
