Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at OneStepGPS.com. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer support, particularly with software and hardware products. A strong understanding of GPS fleet tracking systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues is essential. Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate complex technical information to customers, and resolve issues efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are necessary for this role.
