Job Overview

One Step GPS is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in San Fernando, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a rapidly growing software company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting directly with customers, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding results and takes ownership of their work.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $62,000 per year, a 4% 401K match, and a 50% employer contribution to the most affordable medical insurance plan.

You will also have access to 12 paid holidays and the opportunity to grow with our company.
