Job Title: Licensed Registered Behavior Technician RBT andor CBT

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and/or Certified Behavior Therapist (CBT) to join our team at Family Applied Behavioral Services (FABS). As an RBT/CBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism and related Pervasive Developmental Disorders in a clinic and/or home-based setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients with autism spectrum disorder or other related developmental disabilities, under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Deliver services in client's homes or clinic setting.
  • Implement treatment plans, collect data, maintain clinical notes, attend client-related staffing meetings, and follow all procedures in compliance with FABS treatment protocols.
  • Additional program management responsibilities may be assigned by the BCBA.

Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Certified Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships
  • Able to work in a variety of environments including home, community and clinic setting
  • Be able to manage high stress situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of clinical experience in a position that utilizes ABA
  • CPR, BLS certified
  • Washington State CBT
  • Licensed RBT with the BACB
