Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and/or Certified Behavior Therapist (CBT) to join our team at Family Applied Behavioral Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism and related Pervasive Developmental Disorders in a clinic and/or home-based setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients with autism spectrum disorder or other related developmental disabilities, under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Implement treatment plans, collect data, maintain clinical notes, attend client-related staffing meetings, and follow all procedures in compliance with FABS treatment protocols.
  • Work with individuals who engage in challenging behavior, which may include aggression, self-injurious behavior, property destruction, elopement, or tantrums.
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Certified Behavioral Therapy (CBT) certification.
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Able to work in a variety of environments, including home, community, and clinic settings.
  • Be able to manage high-stress situations.
