Position Overview:
As a vital member of G&P Properties, you will be instrumental in enhancing our real estate marketing strategies. Your role as a Graphics and Content Designer will involve showcasing our properties in innovative ways that resonate with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and attracting clientele.
  • Lead the creative team in producing and disseminating captivating content across diverse online channels.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new promotional opportunities.
  • Support administrative functions related to real estate marketing projects.
  • Oversee and curate agent social media profiles, ensuring regular updates on listings and transactions.
  • Accurately input New Construction listings into the MLS database to maximize visibility.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies for both clients and agents.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive Marketing Calendar to track mailings, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Produce marketing collateral such as flyers and brochures for open houses and client engagements.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional postcards, including announcements for new listings and recent sales.
  • Organize and manage quarterly events, including logistics and promotional outreach.
  • Generate and circulate a monthly newsletter to keep clients informed about market trends and company news.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in office administration or similar roles, showcasing strong organizational skills.
  • A creative thinker with a keen interest in utilizing technology and AI for marketing innovation.
  • A commitment to pursuing a real estate license and ongoing professional development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in social media and digital marketing strategies.

Compensation:
Salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually, along with paid time off and bonus opportunities.
