Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Secretary to join our team at Calumet Public School District 132. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, human relations, and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond to oral and written directions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the school office, including tasks assigned and basic office equipment usage.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, and parents.
  • Stay up-to-date with school office procedures and policies.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college credit hours preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful secretarial experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Bilingual skills are essential for this role.
