Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary**
As a key member of the Borrelli Institute for Real Estate Studies (BIRES) team, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the institute.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Event planning and coordination, including meetings, networking events, and real estate boot camps.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, including alumni information and event details.
- Providing administrative support to the BIRES executive team, including scheduling appointments and preparing materials.
- Monitoring budgets and ensuring effective use of resources.
- Coordinating with external vendors and contractors to support events and programs.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related field, preferably in event planning or administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
