Job Title: Customer Service Advocate - Accounting Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advocate - Accounting Specialist to join our team at Daxko. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our software and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide best-practice consulting to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and expertise.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume and quality, to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
