Aeroflow Sleep Billing Team: Patient Advocate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Advocate to join our Sleep Billing Team at Aeroflow. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with billing and insurance-related needs
  • High-volume inbound and outbound phone work
  • Insurance verification and claims processing
  • Clearly convey adjudicated claims and explanation of benefits to patients
  • Verification of required medical documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone calls and emails
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Multi-phone line/call center experience
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional, composed manner
  • Insurance, billing, and/or accounts receivable experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Google/Gmail proficiency
