Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to promote skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with ASD.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to ensure consistent implementation of therapy plans and monitor outcomes.
  • Review and analyze behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure effective implementation and measure progress.
  • Document daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
  • Work closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Passed RBT exam and completed Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • Passion for working with children, patience, compassion, and a desire to advocate for families in the autism community
  • Applicable backgrounds (but not required) include childcare, substitute teaching, daycare work, or autism advocacy
