Civil Designer Job Description

V3 Companies Ltd, a leading civil engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Civil Designer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development and infrastructure design.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop land development projects, including stormwater management systems, roads, and utilities.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Prepare reports, design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Assist with civil and environmental permitting and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 5-10 years of related experience.
  • PE licensure (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS, and MicroStation.
