Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Land Development Specialist to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our land acquisition department, you will be responsible for managing the due diligence process, conducting risk analysis, and developing budgets for potential land acquisitions.

In this role, you will work closely with various consultants, including architects, engineers, and landscape architects to evaluate development feasibility. You will also engage with state and federal agencies to ensure all project obligations are met.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in land development, project management, and financial modeling. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid parental leave, and education assistance program.
