Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Survey Manager to join our team in the Midwest Region, specifically in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for supervising technical staff, conducting land surveys, and preparing deliverables. Your role will include:
- Project success: Ensure quality, budget, and schedule compliance for each project.
- Team building and client relations: Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Survey coordination: Manage outside subcontractors, implementing QA/QC practices for final survey deliverables.
- Proposal development: Create and review proposals, determining fees based on project requirements.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Registered in Indiana)
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to obtain licensure in additional states
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Judgment and decision-making skills
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Safety-oriented mindset
