Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager/Principal to lead our project teams in creating land development plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams to develop comprehensive land development strategies
  • Review and mentor junior engineers on design aspects, including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local government officials to ensure successful project execution from conceptual and design phases through regulatory review, bidding, and construction
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, identify new market segments, and deepen relationships in current markets
  • Establish and meet project budgets, provide technical reviews of Civil Engineering deliverables, and prepare proposals for project execution
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 14+ years of experience working in the Land Development sector
  • A BS in Civil Engineering
  • A Professional Engineering License (P.E.)
  • The ability to develop and mentor staff, provide technical reviews, and prepare proposals
About the Role
