Overview

We are seeking a skilled Land Survey Manager to lead our team in the Midwest Region, located in Indianapolis, IN. This position involves supervising and directing survey technical staff in conducting land surveys and preparing deliverables.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $95,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of projects, including quality, budget, and schedule. You will work closely with our team to provide supervision and direction to survey technical staff, and ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Surveying or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the surveying industry.
  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Registered in Indiana) designation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Complex problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Safety-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a team environment.
