At TEKsystems, we're seeking an experienced Elearning Program Developer to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will play a vital role in developing online training courses and modules for remote learners using digital and eLearning authoring software tools.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of adult learning theory, eLearning standards, and project management principles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing engaging and effective eLearning content, as well as experience working with subject matter experts to create new courses and update existing materials.

Responsibilities
  • eLearning Development: Develop high-quality online training courses and modules using Articulate Storyline and other eLearning authoring tools.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure seamless delivery of eLearning content.
  • Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop relevant training programs.
  • Testing and Deployment: Test and deploy eLearning content on various platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimal user experience.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular reports on course completion rates, learner engagement, and other key metrics to inform future development and improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, communications, instructional design).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in eLearning development, with a focus on adult learning theory and project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Audition).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other eLearning platforms.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
