About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Lead to join our team at MyHRLane. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our educational programs and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Provide vision, leadership, and guidance to program staff, ensuring effective implementation of educational programs.
  • Curriculum Development: Plan and implement engaging curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners, aligned with state and national standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with students, families, and community partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily program operations, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on best practices in education and youth development, applying knowledge to improve program quality and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in education or youth development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
