About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Health Services Supervisor to join our team at Boys & Girls Haven. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Boys & Girls Haven is a non-profit organization that has been serving Kentucky's most vulnerable youth and their families since 1948. Our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters growth, healing, and independence.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
- Schedule medical appointments for clients and transport them to medical facilities as needed
- Maintain accurate records, including client progress notes and incident reports
- Provide clerical and administrative support for clinical services, including medication management and inventory control
- Collaborate with the Health Services Manager to develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of our youth

Requirements
- BS/BA in Human Services field or related field
- Certified Medical Technician (CMT) certification required
- Six months of experience working with at-risk adolescents in a residential treatment program or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and insurability by BGH's insurance carrier required

Salary Range
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
