About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse with a specialism in the Emergency Department to provide high-quality care to individuals in need. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the necessary treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in healthcare.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of $120,000 per year and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
