HealthCare Support is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities for Advanced Practice Nurse:
  • Perform thorough evaluations and assessments, engaging directly with patients.
  • Manage both acute and chronic health issues, including behavioral health conditions.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive medical records, including coding with ICD 10.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Facilitate discussions regarding advanced illness and care planning.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Work Schedule: 8am-5pm
Qualifications Required for Advanced Practice Nurse:
  • Possess an active and unrestricted nursing license in your state or the ability to obtain one.
  • NP: Graduate from an accredited Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Hold a valid DEA License.
  • Board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification in one of the following specialties:
  • Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Adult Nurse Practitioner
  • Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
  • Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is required.
