Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Relationship Manager to join our team at Citigroup Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of financial planning and wealth management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Deepen Relationships: Identify, build, and deepen relationships with affluent and high net worth clients to gain incremental wallet share.
  • Anticipate Client Needs: Anticipate the complex financial needs of clients and offer solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools.
  • Provide Holistic Financial Solutions: With the support of product specialists, recognize and understand clients' banking, credit, and investment needs and goals to provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Regular Value-Added Engagement: Provide regular value-added engagement with clients through high-touch, face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and access to seminars.
  • Master Referral Opportunities: Master referral opportunities to grow the portfolio.
  • Proactively Source and Acquire Clients: Proactively source, acquire, and expand high-value customer relationships by maximizing sale and service opportunities.
  • Refer Opportunities to Partners: Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
  • Organize Client Events: Organize client events to enhance client bonding.
  • Manage Client Follow-Up: Manage client follow-up and adhere to all regulatory and compliance operating procedures.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
  • Partner with Branch Team: Partner with all roles on the branch team to ensure all clients have a positive in-branch experience.
Requirements
  • 5-8 Years of Experience: 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management.
  • Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin: Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin.
  • Strong Analytical and Financial Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with Strong Attention to Detail: Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and NaviPlan Select: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) and experience using NaviPlan Select or similar financial planning software.
  • Basic Understanding of Investment and Financial Planning Strategies: Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
  • US: Current Registration for FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65: US: Current registration for FINRA series 6, 63, and 65.
  • Insurance Group 1 Required: Insurance group 1 required.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University Degree or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience.
