Wealth Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to join our team at Citigroup Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of financial planning and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients to identify and meet their financial needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Collaborate with product specialists to provide clients with a wide range of financial products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including regular communication and face-to-face meetings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
- 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and relationship management.
- Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial planning software, such as NaviPlan Select.
- Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented approach.
