Purpose

As a Regional Support Specialist, your main purpose is to deliver consistent assistance to our life insurance representatives, who are vital to our client-focused financial services. You will act as a reliable resource, equipping agents with the necessary tools and insights to thrive in their positions. Your goal is to ensure that our agents provide outstanding service to their clients, guiding them through their financial journeys with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver internal support to affiliated life insurance agents within the designated region and assist other regions as needed.
  • Evaluate product performance to aid agents in fulfilling clients' financial requirements and achieving their objectives.
  • Organize seminar registrations, disseminate training materials, and help coordinate sales events.
  • Educate agents on innovative concepts related to retirement planning and wealth transfer through financial strategies.
  • Assist affiliated life agents with insurance sales processes, including scheduling medical examinations and gathering necessary data.
  • Serve as a liaison among processing departments, contracting, licensing, and commission teams.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to remain informed about product knowledge across all insurance carriers.
  • Experienced Regional Support Specialists may have opportunities to engage in recruitment efforts and develop regional branches.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Licensed in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance. New hires must secure appropriate licensing within three months of probation.
  • Fluency in English and either Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in administrative roles or customer service within the insurance sector (Life, Health, or Property & Casualty).
  • Capability to excel in a dynamic environment, possessing a career-oriented mindset, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude toward learning and growth.
