Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, handling any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with other hotel staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, and college degree preferred.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
