We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Director/Associate Director, Recruiting Creative. This role will play a critical part in advancing the student-athlete recruiting efforts of assigned Stanford women's sports programs through content creation and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute content strategies to enhance recruiting efforts and showcase the unique value proposition of Stanford University and its athletics programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging content that resonates with prospective student-athletes and represents the brand values of Stanford Athletics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and ensure that Stanford remains at the forefront of the recruiting landscape.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.
- Understanding of content strategy and creation, specifically with a recruiting audience in mind.
- Good interpersonal skills, judgment, and diplomacy required to interact effectively with and provide customer service to a broad audience.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a collaborative team environment.
