Key Responsibilities:

  • Mail and Filing Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing documents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Advertisement Filings: Assist with the administration of advertisement filings with State Bars, ensuring compliance with individual state requirements. This includes compiling necessary documents, maintaining records of filings, and providing guidance and correspondence with State Bar Counsel.
  • Partner Network Management: Assist with the management of our Partner Network, including updating weekly reporting and completing various administrative tasks such as data entry and research.
  • Organizational Support: Provide general organizational support to our staff, including completing special projects and assisting with training new employees.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or minimum two (2) years' experience working in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize daily tasks efficiently from multiple staff members. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, maintain confidentiality, and work as part of a team and individually in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and/or ability to quickly learn new programs.
