Job SummaryWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our project managers in executing operational and administrative tasks. This includes supporting project execution, pursuit, setup, and closure, and may participate in bid and construction support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to relieve specific area(s) of coverage, including receptionist duties.
- Support project execution, pursuit, setup, and closure.
- Participate in bid and construction support.
- Serve as a primary point of administrative contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Provide word processing, spreadsheet creation, and data entry.
- Filing, meeting scheduling, and other administrative support.
This is a hybrid schedule position, offering the opportunity to work from both the office and home. The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.
Requirements- Associates degree or higher or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 8 years or more as an administrative assistant in an office environment.
- AEC industry experience strongly preferred.
This is a sedentary role, however, some filing is required. The ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
