We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Executive Director of Operations to spearhead our hotel operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct all hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and service initiatives.
  • Manage and direct the restaurant and staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee banquets and events, providing seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, providing supervision, professional development, and recognition.
  • Review operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure guest and team member satisfaction, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members, building a high-performing team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to our corporate office, driving collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous Franchised Hotel General Management experience is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working in a Marriott or Starwood branded hotel is preferred.
  • Excellent working knowledge of various Marriott/Starwood systems and processes.

Experience:

  • Hotel General Manager: 3 years (Required)
  • Marriott Brand experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of banquets and restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)
