Epic Certified Training Specialist

Job Overview
Northwell Health is seeking a skilled Epic Certified Training Specialist to support system-wide Epic implementation by training end users. As a key member of our training team, you will coach, mentor, and orchestrate excellence in training delivery.
Responsibilities
- Teach the Epic curriculum designed by Epic Principal Trainers, prepare classroom environments, and facilitate learnings in the classroom.
- Follow-up on any outstanding questions that arise during classroom training.
- Develop and test training materials, supporting training sessions, and facilitating post-training session activities like study halls and assessments.
- Provide additional support at various Northwell locations to help field issues or questions in real time.
Requirements
- Strong Communicator
- 2+ years clinical experience
- 1+ year Epic experience
- Prior experience with Epic implementations and training a plus
- Reliable transportation
