Diagnostic Imaging Specialist Role

Catholic Health Service is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures using state-of-the-art equipment, including GE Architect 3T and Siemens Aera 1.5T MRI machines.

Responsibilities:
  • Practice MRI safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
  • Use universal precautions and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures using MRI machines and other equipment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited two-year program in radiologic technology.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
  • Cardiac and breast imaging experience highly preferred.
  • ARRT registration and NYS DOH Radiology license required.
  • Certified to inject per the requirements of section 89.40 of Part 89.
  • Proficient in the use of RIS: PACS and EPIC highly preferred.
  • BLS Certification required.

Salary Range: $80.00/Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and specialty.
