Job Responsibilities

As a Senior RFI Developer at IQVIA, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing comprehensive, timely, and accurate responses to stakeholders' RFIs to support global sales teams and other internal customers

• Leading teams of subject matter experts from multiple disciplines and coordinating their inputs to prepare formal replies to customers' RFIs

• Performing quality control edits on all documents and work product; identifying, testing, and implementing process enhancement initiatives for RFI information storage and retrieval systems

• Contributing to improvement initiatives for RFI information storage and retrieval systems

• Maintaining currency in applicable company management and research databases

• Performing company, industry, and competitor research as required

• Participating in the development and maintenance of department information sources, templates, and related materials

You will work closely with our global sales teams, subject matter experts, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that our responses to RFIs are comprehensive, accurate, and delivered on time.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in proposal and contract management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000 - $140,000 annually, along with a range of benefits, including incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation.
